April 15, 2017 Notice of Proposed Rulemaking

The proposed rules included in this announcement are open for public comment from April 15, 2017 – June 1, 2017.  The full text of the announcement can be found here.  Public comment on proposed rulemaking will be accepted until 5:00 pm on June 1, 2017.  The agency has scheduled a public hearing on the proposed rules for May 31, 2017 at 4:00 pm at the TSPC Salem Office: 250 Division St. NE, Salem, OR 97301.
