A Negative View on the Use of Technology in the Classroom

I posted this  because it isn’t often that one hears a negative perspective on technology in the classroom. Technology used to its fullest potential certainly has the ability to help teaching and learning, but I can envision a scenario where it is not used to its potential. Technology is, however, expensive and there should be a cost/benefit analysis of its use in the classroom  .
